Live floor
Every station, who's on it, how long they've been there and what they owe — recalculated every second. Cards turn amber before a booking runs out, so nobody overstays for free.
XPDesk is floor control for gaming cafés.
We're opening it to the first 50 cafés in India — free through beta.
A gaming café runs on a notebook and memory. Both leak money.
Who's on PC-07. When their two hours are up. Whether the Red Bull got added to the tab. Which machine actually earned its keep last month. XPDesk holds all of it on one screen, ticking in real time, so the person behind the counter can stop doing arithmetic and start running the floor.
Every station, who's on it, how long they've been there and what they owe — recalculated every second. Cards turn amber before a booking runs out, so nobody overstays for free.
PS5, PS4, a PC, a pool table, a PS2 with eight controllers. You define what you rent and what it costs — including real pricing, where four players on one console costs ₹160, not four times ₹80.
Maggi and a cold coffee go onto the session, not a scrap of paper. Quantities, discounts and off-menu prices all work. Stock drops as you sell and warns you before it runs out.
Log who's waiting and what they want. Seat the next person into the first free machine that suits them, in one tap.
A calendar of every day you've traded. Takings, expenses, net profit, hours sold, and a per-station breakdown of exactly which machine earned what.
Today's takings, occupancy and anything that needs you — a machine down, a queue building, stock running low — on your phone, without ringing the counter.
Settle up with change calculated for you, and see at the end of the day exactly what the drawer should hold. Unpaid tabs get flagged rather than forgotten.
Installs to the counter machine like an app and keeps running with no network. When the line comes back it catches up on its own, and your phone sees the same floor.
Software for the person behind the counter, not the person in the pitch deck.
Satpura Studio
No card, no trial clock. You pay nothing until XPDesk leaves beta, and we'll tell you well before that happens.
When paid plans start, First Light cafés keep 50% off for twelve months. Plans are expected to begin at ₹499/month.
We're a small studio. Tell us what your floor actually needs and it goes near the top of the list — most of what's in XPDesk today came from exactly that.
We'll help you get your machines, rates and menu in. On WhatsApp, in Hindi or English, not a ticket queue.
Takes a minute. We'll send your access link on WhatsApp when your spot opens — usually within a couple of days.
Plain version: it's free beta software, we'll message you about it and nothing else, and you can have your details deleted whenever you like. The detail:
First Light is a pre-registration list for early access to XPDesk, made by Satpura Studio. Registering does not guarantee a place — spots are limited and allocated in the order they are received, with some preference for cafés we can support well. If we can't fit you in, we'll tell you.
XPDesk is in active development. It may contain defects, behave unexpectedly, or change between updates. Features described on this page may be altered or removed. You should not rely on it as your only record of takings during beta — keep whatever backup you use today until you're confident in it. It is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, and Satpura Studio accepts no liability for lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.
XPDesk is free for registered cafés for the duration of the beta. No payment details are collected at registration. When paid plans begin, we will give at least 30 days' notice, and First Light cafés keep 50% off for twelve months from that date. Indicative pricing starts at ₹499 per month; final pricing may differ.
We collect your name, café name, city, WhatsApp number, and optionally your email, floor setup and comments. We use it for exactly two things: to send you your access link and support, and to understand what kinds of café are signing up so we build the right things. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Submissions are delivered to us by email through a form service. Once you're using XPDesk, your café's operational data is stored in your own browser and in our database with row-level access controls, so only your account can read it.
Message us on WhatsApp or email satpurastudio@gmail.com with "delete my details" and we'll remove your registration within 7 days and confirm. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold. If you already have an XPDesk account, ask and we'll export your takings before deleting anything.
By registering you agree to be contacted on the WhatsApp number you give us, about XPDesk only. Typically that's your access link, occasional update notes, and asking how it's going. Reply STOP at any time and we'll stop.
